Cofunds is a UK independent fund platform. They do not sell investment funds of their own but provide a place (a platform) for investors to consolidate their individual investments for ease of management.
How does it work

Cofunds will administer your investments on your behalf, through your financial adviser, and you will receive one set of communications from them regarding your investment – much more manageable than receiving paperwork from each individual fund or product provider.
What will it cost?
There will be no additional charge to you, the investor, for placing your investment portfolio with Cofunds. There are no extra management charges and no hidden costs, you simply have the same funds in once place. This is because Cofunds are paid by the fund management groups.
