Last week I had the pleasure of dealing with Matt, who I believe is one of your staff, when I called your 0800 number.
 
I am very rarely remotely satisfied with the level of customer service I get in the UK, so it is a unique event for me to be sending an email of this nature.  Matt was thoroughly professional, polite and courteous throughout our conversation.  He obviously knows his business very well and this came across clearly in the advice that he gave me.

Thanks for the contact it's nice to know the application form is on its
way - as our site blocked the download from being readable.  It's great
to know that there are companies out there that mean you can compare
different things as I was unsure of what to look for to start with.
