Setting up and running the plan

with any aspect of administration.
You should discuss and agree the basis of the plan with your Lyn Financial, financial adviser. When we have these discussions we will provide sample illustrations for different bases, which will show the benefits and costs
of each option.
When you have agreed the basis, trustees will need to be appointed to administer the plan.
We will then liaise directly with them to ensure the plan is set up quickly and correctly, and that the
ongoing administration is efficient.

Administering the plan
Once a year we’ll send you renewal information containing details of the plan and the members. This will give you the opportunity to review the basis of the plan and its membership, and to make changes as necessary.
We will carry out an annual review for your business and your staff, either as a group or on an individual basis
